Customer Information System

The metering project is 100% complete for all utilities with the exception of steam. In order to manage the information transmitted by the meters, Doyon Utilities staff has proposed a Customer Information/ Meter Data Management System to the Army. This system will allow the successful management and implementation of the Army’s energy management needs and goals. A few of the key features that the system can provide includes management of meter data, customized reporting, a single database for utility services, and the ability to invoice reimbursable accounts. We are excited about this project moving forward and the many possibilities this system will provide to both Doyon Utilities and the Army.
